The Kinds Of Employees
Private companies and private sector employers are assumed to be on a free employment scheme. Or more formally, an “employment at will” doctrine. This means that both employer and employee have the privilege to end their working relationships without any explanation or prior reason for as long as it does not become illegal (like breaking contract rules and otherwise). An employer may choose to fire the employee within legal bounds anytime (declaring bankruptcy for example) and an employee may choose to leave the company anytime (for family issues, in example).
